WE’RE SEEKING A Project manager TO:
- Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile project management
and requirements analysis
- Work closely with clients to understand scope, timeline,
dependencies, and risks
- Work along side designers and developers to ensure requirements
are clearly defined, communicated, and tested
- Help clients define and improve their ideas, features, and products
- Work with management to forecast capacity and make resource
allocation recommendations in accordance with project priority
and timelines
OUR IDEAL Candidates will have:
- Experience with Agile (XP, Scrum, Lean) Project Management
- Strategies for managing multiple projects without letting anything
slip through the cracks
- A track record of delivering high quality software on time and
on budget
- Exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills, especially the
ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and internalize
product requirements
- The ability to resolve and/or escalate issues quickly and efficiently
- A desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with people
who are passionate about their work
