Required Experience.

Professional programming experience in multiple languages, preferably developing web applications.
Some experience with Ruby on Rails and at least one Javascript framework.
Practical knowledge of RDBMS principles.
You must be able to show us some code (either your own, or as part of a team), ideally with Rails

Bonus Qualifications.

Strong grasp of data-structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Git gurudom.
Some experience with node.js.
Ability to evaluate cutting-edge technologies for use in production environments.
Having fun with clouds (e.g. AWS).
Some experience with native mobile development.
Deep familiarity with the web’s many 4-lettered acronyms (e.g. HTTP, JSON, REST, AJAX, CORS).
