Batchbook
Batchbook is a social CRM that helps businesses build relationships with their customers. The software is used by thousands of companies, and MojoTech is proud to have helped the company solve difficult scaling challenges to become the success it is today.
The Problem.
Batchbook found success early, but the influx of users brought on a difficult challenge: the existing product hadn’t been built to handle such rapid scaling, and the app was seeing some serious performance issues.
The Solution.
To build a stable platform that could handle a large user base, we had to rebuild Batchbook from the ground up. So, using Rails 3, that’s what we did. We also needed to make sure that Batchbook’s internal team had the support it needed to continue to iterate and improve the product.
The Outcome.
The new Batchbook is stable and has more robust features than the previous version. We also helped Batchbook hire and train new members of their internal development team to continue to build off of their new solid foundation.
