Swipely is a personal credit card processing app that started as a way for friends to share their credit card purchases with each other. While the company has pivoted with great success, its initial product helped it secure the funding it needed to build a winning company.

The Problem.

Swipely’s founder was working to build a beta version of his app, but he was frustrated by how slow things were moving. He needed help, and he brought in MojoTech to accelerate the development and get a product to market.

The Solution.

Working from mockups and an early prototype, the MojoTech team created a plan to get Swipely to market fast. We built a user interface that made sharing easy and fun, and that empowered users to get rewarded for their loyalty to retailers.

The Outcome.

Swipely has been covered in just about every major tech publication, but the real success of the project was the round of funding the company was able to secure with the newly released product: $7.5 million. The money has given Swipely the runway it needs to comfortably continue to evolve.
