A new chapter for how we build: one integrated team, three locations, a shared workday.
MojoTech is expanding into Buenos Aires, Argentina—our third location alongside Providence and Boulder.
It’s a deliberate move, designed around something we’ve believed for a long time: great global delivery shouldn’t require sacrificing collaboration.
For too long, “global delivery” has meant handing work off to a team on the other side of the world and waiting for it to come back. Different time zones. More handoffs. Less shared context.
We think there’s a better way.
With our new Buenos Aires team, we’re extending MojoTech’s reach while staying close to the way we already work: collaboratively, transparently, and as one integrated team.
Why Buenos Aires?
A shared workday
Time zones are one of the biggest practical barriers to distributed collaboration.
Buenos Aires is closely aligned with U.S. working hours, giving our teams substantial overlap across both the East and West Coasts. Instead of trying to squeeze decisions, reviews, and handoffs into a narrow window, our teams can spend a meaningful portion of the day working together in real time.
That means faster feedback, fewer handoffs, and more opportunities to solve problems together.
A familiar way of working
The right global team isn't just about technical capability. It's about how people work together.
Argentine engineering teams are experienced with the same Agile practices, product development processes, and modern tooling used across MojoTech. A direct communication style and shared working norms make collaboration feel less like outsourcing and more like adding colleagues to the team.
That's important to us.
Our goal isn't to create a separate delivery organization. It's to create one MojoTech team that happens to work across multiple locations.
A deep technical talent pool
Argentina has developed a strong and growing technology ecosystem, with more than 150,000 software engineers across the country.
The market also has significant depth in the technologies our clients increasingly rely on—from cloud-native development to modern AI tooling.
That gives us access to experienced technical talent while expanding the capabilities we can bring to our clients.
More than a cost strategy
Nearshore delivery is often positioned primarily around cost.
For us, that's only part of the equation.
The real opportunity is creating a delivery model that combines the reach of a distributed team with the collaboration of an onshore one.
Providence. Boulder. Buenos Aires.
Three locations, connected by overlapping working hours, shared processes, common tools, and one way of working.
That means our clients can tap into a broader talent pool without introducing the friction that often comes with traditional offshore models.
Onshore, hybrid, and nearshore—working as one team.
We're excited about what this means for our clients, and just as excited about what it means for MojoTech. Our Buenos Aires team is the beginning of an important new chapter, and we're looking forward to growing it together.
Welcome to the team, Buenos Aires.
